Considered a more flavourful cut than other steaks, its marbling of fat favours slower cooking. We recommend a medium cook. (GLUTEN FREE )

7oz Fillet Steak


Cut from the smaller end of the tenderloin, it is the most tender cut and considered the most desirable. A steak favouring less cooking. We recommend a medium rare cook. (GLUTEN FREE )

8oz Rump Steak


A lean cut with little fat, the steak cooks well to all preferences from blue right through to well done.
